Charitable Trusts Amendment Regulations 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1. Citation

13 December 2016 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 5633

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Charitable Trusts
Regulations 2015.

4.            Regulation 2A inserted

After regulation 2 insert:

2A.	Amount prescribed for s. 7A(1)(b) of Act
For the purposes of section 7A(1)(b) of the Act, the amount of $30 000 is prescribed.
