Charitable Collections Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1998

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

By Command of the deputy of the Governor, ROD SPENCER, Clerk of the Executive Council.

These regulations may be cited as the Charitable Collections
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1998.

2.            Regulation 16 amended

Regulation 16(a) of the Charitable Collections Regulations
1947* is amended by deleting "business" and inserting
instead —
