CHARITABLE COLLECTIONS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.These regulations may be cited as the Charitable Collections Amendment Regulations

1998.

Regulation 16 repealed and a regulation substituted

2. Regulation 16 of the Charitable Collections Regulations 1947' is repealed and the

following regulation is substituted —

Investments

16. Except with the approval of the Minister, a charitable organization shall not

invest monies belonging to the organization other than —

(a) in a fixed deposit in any company registered to carry on business in Western

Australia; or

(b) as trust funds may be invested under Part III of the Trustees Act 1962.
