s1 2 s5 Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Amendment Rule No. 90, 2002 (No. 1) 2002 1 Short title This rule may be cited as the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Amendment Rule (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Rule amended This rule amends the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Rule 1999. 3 Amendment of s 17 (Prizes—land) Section 17(2), definition “licensed builder”, ‘section 4’— omit, insert— ‘schedule 2’. 4 Amendment of s 22 (Prohibited prizes) Section 22(2), from ‘the alcohol’— omit, insert— ‘the alcohol has a retail value of $1 000 or less.’. 5 Amendment of sch 5 (Promotional games) Schedule 5, section 7— insert— ‘(c) by an eligible association, during a bingo session, at premises other than premises that are, or part of which are, licensed premises under the Liquor Act 1992 .’.
