This rule may be cited as the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Amendment Rule (No. 1) 2000 . ˙ Rule amended 2. This rule amends the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Rule 1999 . ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (Bingo) 3. Schedule 2, section 4(c)— omit, insert — ‘(c) if a bingo session is a category 2 game—a person who is a member of the management committee of the eligible association conducting the bingo;’.
