Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Regulation 1999. 3 Amendment of s 19 (Prohibited prizes) (1) Section 19(1)— insert— (ba) for a category 3 game—more than $100000 in cash; (2) Section 19(1)(c), after ‘envelopes game’— insert— , a category 3 game (3) Section 19(1)(ba) to (h)— renumber as section 19(1)(c) to (i).
