1. The applicants seek special leave to appeal from orders made by the Full Court of the Supreme Court of South Australia (Kourakis CJ, Blue and Nicholson JJ) on 13 May 2020, reflecting reasons for judgment given by that Court on 27 September 2019.

2. The application does not raise any question of principle suitable for the grant of special leave and an appeal to this Court would enjoy insufficient prospects of success to warrant such a grant. Accordingly, special leave should be refused.

3. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
