THE PRESIDENT: This is an application under s 639(4), of the Industrial Relations Act 1999 by the Deputy Industrial Registrar for an order deregistering the Queensland Retail Traders and Shopkeepers Association (Industrial Organization of Employers). I am satisfied that all necessary procedural requirements have been met. I am satisfied that the organisation has no members and that it is defunct. It is appropriate to make the order. No incidental orders are sought.

I would order that the Queensland Retail Traders and Shopkeepers Association (Industrial Organization of Employers) be deregistered.
