1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Cessnock Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 22).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the land at Wine Country Drive, Branxton (Huntlee New Town

Site) identified as “Area B” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

4      Amendment of Cessnock Local Environmental Plan 2011

(1) Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert “dual occupancies,” before “dwelling houses” in clause 3 (2).

Omit “and highway service centres”.

Insert instead “, highway service centres, light industries, recreation facilities

(outdoor) and secondary dwellings”.
