1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Cessnock Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 21).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 1–3, DP 597226, Lot 1, DP 1011544, Lot 212, DP 1053307 and Lot 211, DP 1012346, being land at:

(a)	52 Christy Road, Bellbird, and
(b)	Ruby Street, Bellbird, and
(c)	Tennant Street, Bellbird, and
(d)	268 Wollombi Road, Bellbird, and
(e)	Mount View Road, Cessnock.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Cessnock Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
