No 130)

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Cessnock Local Environmental Plan 1989 (Amendment No

130).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to amend Cessnock Local Environmental Plan 1989 to allow, with the consent of Cessnock City Council, the carrying out of development on the land to which this plan applies for the purposes of an educational establishment and child care centre.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land situated in the City of Cessnock, being part of Lot 7, DP 1037092, Cessnock Road, Weston, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Cessnock Local Environmental Plan 1989 (Amendment No 130)” deposited in the office of Cessnock City Council.

4 Amendment of Cessnock Local Environmental Plan 1989

Cessnock Local Environmental Plan 1989 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in Schedule 5 the following item:

24     Part of Lot 7, DP 1037092, Cessnock Road, Weston, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Cessnock Local Environmental Plan 1989 (Amendment No 130)”—educational establishment and child care centre.
