1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Cessnock Local Environmental Plan 1989 (Amendment

No 126).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to certain land fronting Christy Road, Cessnock, being land between the Vineyards District and Bellbird North Urban Release Area, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Cessnock Local Environmental Plan 1989 (Amendment No 126)” deposited in the office of Cessnock City Council.
