An Act to authorize the Resumption of certain Dedicated Crown Lands. [24th November, 1881.]
| WH E R E A S certain Crown lands described in the | Schedule hereto |
annexed have been duly dedicated for various purposes and it
is expedient that such dedications shall be cancelled and the said lands
be resumed b y the Crown Be it therefore enacted b y the Queen's Mos t Excel lent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the
Legislative Counci l and Legislative Assembly of N e w South Wales in
Parliament assembled and b y the authority of the same as follows : —
1. The several parcels of land specified in the Schedule hereto
annexed shall on the passing of this A c t lie resumed by and be
revested in Her Majesty Her Heirs and Successors as fully to all intents
and purposes as if no such dedication thereof bad been made.
