Customs Act 1901

I, MICHAEL JOSEPH CARMODY, Chief Executive Officer of Customs, under section 126DA of the Customs Act 1901 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 determine that the information technology requirements in CEO Determination No. 2 of 2010 are amended as set out in the Schedule 1 to this determination.

This determination commences on the commencement of Schedules 1 and 2 to the Customs Amendment (Export Controls and Other Measures) Act 2011.
