s1 2 s3 Central Queensland University (Statutes Repeal) No. 113, 1998 ˙ Short title 1. This statute may be cited as the Central Queensland University (Statutes Repeal) Statute 1998 . ˙ Commencement 2. This statute commences immediately before the commencement of the Central Queensland University Act 1998 , section 67. ˙ Repeals 3. The following instruments are repealed— (a) the instruments made under the repealed Education Act 1964 as by-laws and published in the gazette on the following dates and at the following pages— (i) 27 May 1972 at pages 519 and 520; (ii) 22 September 1973 at page 384; (b) the statutes stated in the schedule.
