Central Coast Water Corporation Regulation 2011 (NSW)

1Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Central Coast Water Corporation Regulation 2011.

2Commencement

This Regulation commences on 25 February 2011 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3Definitions(1)

In this Regulation:

the Act means the Central Coast Water Corporation Act 2006.

Notes included in this Regulation do not form part of this Regulation.

4Mandatory staff provisions: section 15 (3) (b) of Act

For the purposes of section 15 (3) (b) of the Act, the provisions of Part 4 of Chapter 11, and sections 348–350, of the Local Government Act 1993 apply in relation to the staff of the Corporation as if:

• (a)

  those provisions formed part of this Regulation, and

• (b)

  any reference in those provisions to a council, the council or councils were a reference to the Corporation, and

• (c)

  any reference in those provisions to senior staff were a reference to the chief executive officer of the Corporation, and

• (d)

  any reference in those provisions to the Minister were a reference to the Minister administering the Central Coast Water Corporation Act 2006.
