I, the Honourable Pamela Diane Allan, in pursuance of section 2 (1A) of the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust (Macquarie Sydney Common) Amendment Act 1992, certify that I have consulted with the Royal Agricultural Society of New South Wales and that the Society has vacated or substantially vacated the Sydney Showground (being the land described in

the Schedule to the Royal Agricultural Society Act 1911).

Note. The Governor has, by proclamation published in the Gazette on 17 June 1994, appointed the day that is 14 days after a copy of this certificate is published in the

Gazette as the date of commencement of section 4 and items (1), (3) and (4) of Schedule 1 to the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust (Macquarie Sydney Common)

Amendment Act 1992 (and section 3 of that Act in its application to those items). The
commencement of those provisions will vest the land that is the Sydney Showground in

the Trust.
