His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following
Regulation under the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust Act 1983.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to change the amounts payable under a penalty notice for certain offences under the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust Regulation 2014, so as to standardise those amounts across legislation that regulates conduct at certain public places.
This Regulation is made under the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust Act 1983, including sections 22
(the general regulation-making power) and 24 (Penalty notices).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust Amendment (Penalty
Notice Offences) Regulation 2019.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
