Act No. 75, 1976.
An Act to vest in the Public Transport Commission of New South Wales certain land vested in the Chief Minister by the Centenary Celebration Act (51 Vic. No. 9) and being part of the land comprised in a Crown grant issued to the Chief Minister pursuant to the Centenary Park Sale (Conveyancing) Act, 1905. [Assented to, 2nd December, 1976.1

| Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— |
This Act may be cited as the "Centenary Celebration (Amendment) Act, 1976".
1.
This Act shall be construed with the Centenary Cele bration Act (51 Vic. No. 9 ) , the Centenary Park Sale Act, 1904, and the Centenary Park Sale (Conveyancing) Act, 1905.
2.
The land described in Schedule 1 is hereby divested
from the Chief Minister and vested in the Public Transport
Commission of New South Wales.

4. Any trusts, conditions, encumbrances or dedications affecting the land described in Schedule 1 immediately before the commencement of this Act in the hands of the Chief Minister are hereby revoked and annulled.
SCHEDULE 1.
All that piece or parcel of land situate in the Municipality of Waverley, Parish of Alexandria and County of Cumberland, being Lot 1 in Deposited Plan 569173 and having an area of 1.479 hectares or thereabouts.
