(AMENDMENT) ACT.

An Act to vest certain land vested in the Chief Minister by the Centenary Celebration Act (51 Victoria Number 9), in His Majesty for the purposes of a hospital; to amend the said Act; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 25th June. 1930.] BE

t he same, as follows :—

1. This Ac t may be cited as t h e " C e n t e n a r y

Celebrat ion ( A m e n d m e n t ) Act , 1930 , " and shal l be read

a n d cons t rued wi th t he Cen tenary Celebra t ion Act

(Act 51 Victor ia N u m b e r	9) .
2. (1) T h e land described in t he Schedule to th i s A c t is hereby divested from the Chief Min i s te r	and
vested in H i s Majesty.

(2) The said land shall from the c o m m e n c e m e n t

of th is A c t be deemed to be Crown lands dedicated for hospi ta l in accordance wi th t he provisions of section twenty- four of t he Crown Lands Consolidation Act , 1913.

(3) Any t rus t s , condit ions, encumbrances , and

dedicat ions affecting t h e said land in t he hands of t h e

said Chief Minis te r are hereby revoked and annul led .
