Census Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Census and Statistics Act 1905.

After regulation 2 of the Census Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Prescribed external Territories for purposes of section 2 of the Act

“2a. For the purposes of section 2 of the Act, each of the following external Territories is prescribed:

(a) Christmas Island;

(b) Cocos (Keeling) Islands.”.
