Census Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Census and Statistics Act 1905.

Regulation 4 of the Census Regulations is amended by omitting subparagraph (a) (xxii) and substituting the following subparagraph:

“(xxii) in the case of an unemployed person or a person engaged in unremunerated employment (other than in a family business)—attempts to find employment, or other employment, as the case may be, during the 4 weeks immediately preceding the Census day;”.
