CENSORSHIP OF FILMS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Censorship of Films Amendment

By His Excellency's Command, J. PRITCHARD, Clerk of the Council.

Regulations 1995.

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Censorship of Films Regulations 1948* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 15A repealed

3. Regulation 15A of the principal regulations is repealed.

First Schedule amended

4. The First Schedule to the principal regulations is amended in Form 1 by deleting "1 forward herewith the prescribed fee of 50 cents for each reel contained in the film.".
