AN ACT to amend section twelve A of the Censorship

of Films Act, 1947-1971.

[Assented to 19th November, 1973.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent" Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Censorship Short title. and

of Films Act Amendment Act, 1973. citation.

(2) In this Act the Censorship of Films Act, 1947- Reprinted as approved

1971 is referred to as the principal Act.	for reprint24th March,

Section 12A

amended. 2. Section 12A of the principal Act is amended

(a)	by substituting for the word "six" in line two of subsection (2), the word "two";
(b)	by substituting for the word "six" in line four of subsection (4) the word "two";
(c)	by substituting for the word "six" in line seven of paragraph (b) of subsection (5), the word "two"; and
(d)	by substituting for the word "six" in line ten of subsection (7), the word "two".
