776 Censorship of Films Act Amendment Act 1973, No. 85 2. Commencement . This Act shall commence on a date appointed by Proclamation. 3. Amendment of s. 4. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by, in the definition " Picture theatre ", inserting after the word " whatsoever " the words " , or any vessel,". 4. Amendment of s. 17A. Section 17A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting the word " six " where it occurs and substituting in each ease the word " two ".
