Censorship Amendment Regulations 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Censorship Amendment
Regulations 2012.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day on which the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Enforcement Amendment Act 2012 section 9 comes into operation.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Censorship Regulations 1996.

4.            Regulation 1 amended

In regulation 1 delete "Censorship Regulations 1996." and insert:

Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games)
Enforcement Regulations 1996.

5.            Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule I after the item for section 87(1) insert:

6.            Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 Forms I and 2 delete "Censorship Act 1996" and insert:
