An Act to amend an Ordinance intituled 'An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of Proper Places for the Burial of the Dead' (10 Vic., No. 12).

[Assented to 3rd December, 1888.

E it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Aus-

tralia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :-

1. It shall be lawful for the Governor in Executive Council, by
