Cemeteries (Exhumation Licence Fee) Regulations

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase the exhumation licence fee.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 48 and

92 of the Cemeteries Act 1958.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July

1996.

4. Exhumation licence fee

In regulation 9 of the 1Cemeteries Regulations

1988, for "$44" substitute "$46".
