An Ordinance to amend the Cemeteries Ordinance

1933-1961.

short title «id	1«—(1-) This Ordinance may be cited as the Cemeteries
citation.	Ordinance 1966.*

(2.) The Cemeteries Ordinance 1933-1961 f is in this

Ordinance referred to as the Principal Ordinance.

(3.) The Principal Ordinance, as amended by this Ordin-

ance, may be cited as the Cemeteries Ordinance 1933-1966

Definition.. 2. Section two of the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting the definition of " bur ia l " and inserting the following definition in its stead:—

" ' bur ia l ' includes the interment of the ashes of a dead

body;" .

Establishment	3« Section seven of the Principal Ordinance is amended by
ofcrematory.	omitting sub-sections (2.) and (3.) and the penalty set out at the foot of the section.
