THE trustees of every public cemetery appointed under the under the said Act. impose pecuniary penalties for the breach of such by-laws not exceeding Five pounds for each breach, and, in case of a continuing breach. not exceeding One pound for every day during which such breach continues_ and every such breach shall constitute an offence against this Act, and the penalty therefor may- be recovered before-a Court of summary jurisdiction.
