An Act to amend '(An Act for the Regulation of

Cemeteries," No. 19 of 1862.

HEREAS it is expedient to amend an' Act for the regulation of Preamble.

within one month prior to the submission of such plans to the Local Board of Health, published once in each of three successive wceks in a public newspaper circulating in the district in which it is proposed to establish or extend such cemetery.

to close the aaid cemetery or extension of cemetery, as the case may be, by Proclamation in the Government Gazette under section 2 of the Act No. 19 of 1862.

Incorporation. 4,

This Act shall be incorporated and read as one with the ,4ct for the regulation of cemeteries, No l 9 of 1862; but i t shall not affect anything heretofore legally done under the last-mentioned

Act,
