HEREAS it is expedient to amend an' Act for the regulation of
Preamble.

Australia, as follows:

wceks in a public newspaper circulating in the district in which it is proposed to establish or extend such cemetery.3. Should any cemetery be established or extended contrary to

to close the aaid cemetery or extension of cemetery,
as the case may be, by Proclamation in the Government Gazette under section2 of the Act No. 19 of 1862.

This Act shall be incorporated and read as one with the ,4ct for the regulation of cemeteries, No l 9 of 1862; but i t shall not affect anything heretofore legally done under the last-mentioned
Act, I n the name and on behalf of Her Majesty I, hereby assent to
this Bill.
