Cattle Transaction Levy Regulations 2(Amendment)

  

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Cattle Transaction Levy Act 1990.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 December 1991.

 

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Cattle Transaction Levy Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

 

3.   Regulation 4 (Prescribed amounts for the purposes of section 6 of the Act)

3.1   After subregulation (1), insert:

 “(1a)For the purposes of paragraph 6 (1) (c) of the Act, the amount of $0.85 is prescribed.”.

 

3.2   After subregulation (2), insert:

 “(3)For the purposes of paragraph 6 (2) (c) of the Act, the amount of $0.00 is prescribed.”.
