and th i r t y - two A n d whereas by an Act of t h e Governor of New South W a l e s wi th the advice of t he Legislat ive Council passed in t he second year of His present Majesty in t i tu led " An Act to continue for " Tiro Years an Act of the Governor with the advice of the Legislative " Council passed in the eleventh year of the reign of His late Majesty " intituled ' An Act for regulating the slaughtering of Cattle and for " ' preventing the improper driving of the same through the Streets of " ' Sydney and for other purposes ' " it was enacted by His Excel lency the Governor of N e w Sou th W a l e s w i th t he advice of t h e Legislat ive Council Tha t t he said A c t should be and the same was thereby con­ t inued for two years from and after t h e said thir ty-f irs t day of M a y one thousand eight h u n d r e d and th i r ty - two a n d whereas t h e said recited Act will expire on t h e thir ty-f irs t day of M a y one thousand eight hundred and th i r ty- four and it is expedient fur ther to cont inue t h e said Act for a l imited t ime Be it therefore enacted by H i s Excel ­ lency the Governor of New South Wales wi th t h e advice of t he Legis la t ive Council Tha t the said first recited Ac t shall be and the same is hereby cont inued from and after the said thi r ty-f i rs t day of M a y u n t i l t he thirty-first day of A u g u s t in th i s present year one
