CATTLE EXPORT CHARGES REGULATIONS - REG 1 
Citation 


  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Cattle Export Charges
Regulations.*1*

CATTLE EXPORT CHARGES REGULATIONS - REG 2 
Commencement 


  2. These Regulations commence on 1 May 1991.

CATTLE EXPORT CHARGES REGULATIONS - REG 3 
Interpretation 


  3. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

  "the Act" means the Cattle Export Charges Act 1990.

CATTLE EXPORT CHARGES REGULATIONS - REG 4 
Rate of charge on export of cattle 


  4. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 6 (1) (a) of the Act, $0.0080 is
prescribed.


  (2) For the purposes of paragraph 6 (1) (b) of the Act, $0.00247 is
prescribed.

CATTLE EXPORT CHARGES REGULATIONS - REG 5 
National Cattle Disease Eradication Trust Account - amount of charge 


  5. (1) For the purposes of subparagraph 6A (1) (d) (v) of the Act, 30 cents
is prescribed.


  (2) For the purposes of paragraph 6A (3) (d) of the Act, 30 cents is
prescribed.
