Cattle Export Charges Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Cattle Export Charges Act 1990.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These regulations commence on 1 December 1996.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Cattle Export Charges Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 5 (National Cattle Disease Eradication Trust Account—amount of charge)

3.1   Subregulation 5 (1):

Omit “30 cents”, substitute “25 cents”.

3.2   Subregulation 5 (2):

Omit “30 cents”, substitute “25 cents”.

4.   New regulation 6

4.1   After regulation 5, insert:

Australian Animal Health Council Limited (AAHC)—amount of charge

 “6. For the purposes of paragraph 6A (2) (f) of the Act, 0 cents is prescribed.”.
