REGULATIONS UNDER THE CATTLE AND
BEEF RESEARCH ACT 1960-1964.*
I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the
Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the
Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Cattle and Beef Research Act 1960-1964.

Citation.
1. These
Regulations may be cited as the Cattle and Beef Research Regulations.
Portion
of levy to be paid to the Research Account.
2.
The
prescribed portion for the purposes of paragraph (a)of subsection (1.) of
section 5 of the Cattle and Beef Research
Act 1960-1964 is eight-thirteenths.
