Application for approval of the Catholic Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust Client Services Employees Enterprise Agreement.

[1] Application has been made by the Catholic Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust t/a Catholic Cemeteries & Crematoria for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Catholic Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust Client Services Employees Enterprise Agreement (the Agreement).

[2] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187, 188 and 190 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] The Agreement is approved and, in accordance with s.54 of the Act, will operate from 28 January 2021. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 20 January 2024.

[4] The Agreement covers the Australian Workers’ Union.
