PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral Sir PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Catchment Management Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 January 1991 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act commence:

(a) sections 68 and 70;

(b) the reference to the Hunter Valley Catchment Management Trust in Part 1 of Schedule 1;

(c) Part 2 of Schedule 6.
