PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Catchment Management Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 7 March 1990 as the day on which that Act commences, except for the following provisions:

(a) sections 68, 69 (b) and 70;

(b) the references to the Trusts in Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 1 (being the Hunter Valley Catchment Management Trust and the Upper Parramatta River Catchment Management Trust);

(c) Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 6.
