His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Catchment Management Act 1989.

Explanatory note
The objects of this Regulation are:

(a)	to exclude Brisbane Water and Pittwater from the area in respect of which the Hawkesbury-Nepean Catchment Management Trust is established, and
(b)	to update a reference to the map of the trust area.

This Regulation is made under the Catchment Management Act 1989, including sections 21 (3) and 63 (the general regulation-making power).

1999 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

Insert “Brisbane Water, Pittwater and” after “excluding” in clause 5 (1) (b).

Omit “844”. Insert instead “846”.
