His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Catchment Management Act 1989.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to extend the application of the Catchment Management Regulation 1999 to the Border Rivers Catchment Management Board.

This Regulation is made under the Catchment Management Act 1989, including section 63 (the general power to make regulations) and section 21.
