Catchment and Land Protection (Amendment) Regulations 2007

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend regulation 8 of the Catchment and Land Protection Regulations 2002 to clarify its scope.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 95 of the Catchment and Land Protection Act 1994.

3New objective inserted

(1)In regulation 1(b) of the Catchment and Land Protection Regulations 2002[1] for "kept." substitute "kept; and".

(2)After regulation 1(b) of the Catchment and Land Protection Regulations 2002 insert—

"(c)other matters required to be prescribed for the purposes of the Catchment and Land Protection Act 1994.".

4Prescribed measures for the eradication or control of established pest animals

In regulation 8(a) of the Catchment and Land Protection Regulations 2002 for "less" (where first occurring) substitute "more".
