WH E R E A S an Act of the Governor and Legislative Council of New South Wales was passed in the second year of the reign

" venting the extension of the Disease commonly called the Influenza " or Catarrh in Sheep and Lambs in the Colony of New South Wales" and the said recited Act will expire on the ninth day of October one thousand eight hundred and forty and it is expedient to continue the same for a limited time Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of New South Wales with the advice of the Legislative Council thereof That the said Act shall be and the same is hereby continued in force for two years from and after the said ninth day of October one thousand eight hundred and forty.
