PROCLAMATION
WESTERN AUSTRALIA 1 By His Excellency Lieutenant General John Murray

John Sanderson, I Sanderson, Companion of the Order of Australia,

Governor. Governor of the State of Western Australia.

I, the Governor—

(a)

acting under section 9(2) of the Marine and Harbours Act 1981 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, cancel the proclamation made under that Act and published in the Gazette on 16 September 1994 at p. 4747; and

(b)

acting under section 9(1)(a) of the Marine and Harbours Act 1981 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, vest in the Minister all the land and harbour bed set out in the Schedule.

Schedule

All that portion of land and harbour bed delineated in black and bordered in yellow on the Department of Land Administration Plan Number 30623.
