Casino Legislation Ordinance 2005 (No. 1)1
I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Ordinance under section 8A of the Christmas Island Act 1958.

Name of Ordinance
This Ordinance is the Casino Legislation Ordinance 2005 (No. 1).
Commencement
This Ordinance commences on the day after it is registered.
Amendment
Schedule 1 amends the Applied Laws (Implementation) Ordinance 1992.
Repeal
The Casino Control Ordinance 1988 is repealed.
