s1 2 s4 Casino Gaming Amendment Rule (No. 2) 2004 No. 201, 2004 1 Short title This rule may be cited as the Casino Gaming Amendment Rule (No. 2) 2004 . 2 Rule amended This rule amends the Casino Gaming Rule 1999. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Blackjack) Schedule 2, section 58(2), ‘the game’— omit, insert — ‘the game, unless the internal controls for the casino state that a card machine may be used for a game of blackjack with which super sevens, bonus blackjack, madness 21 or perfect pairs is offered’. 4 Amendment of sch 11 (Spanish blackjack) Schedule 11, section 48(1A), ‘the game’— omit, insert — ‘the game, unless the internal controls for the casino state that a card machine may be used for a game of spanish blackjack with which perfect pairs is offered’.
