Casino Gaming Amendment Rule (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This rule may be cited as the Casino Gaming Amendment Rule (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Rule amended This rule amends the Casino Gaming Rule 1999. 3 Amendment of sch 6 (Mini-baccarat) Schedule 6, section 10A(3)— omit. 4 Amendment of sch 9 (Roulette) (1) Schedule 9, section 12(1), from ‘regardless’— omit, insert— ‘when a player plays the game at a roulette table.’. (2) Schedule 9, section 12(2)— renumber as schedule 9, section 12(3). (3) Schedule 9, section 12— insert— ‘(2) The amount of the minimum wager for a game of roulette when a player plays the game at a roulette terminal may be different between each roulette terminal.’. 5 Amendment of sch 15 (Texas hold’em bonus poker) Schedule 15, section 25(3), from ‘after’— omit, insert— ‘immediately after the dealer has decided the highest poker ranking of the player’s hand and before paying any other wager.’. (2) Schedule 16, section 22(2)(a)— omit, insert— ‘(a) pay the bet wager at odds of 1 to 1; and (b) if the player has made an ante wager and has a winning ante bonus hand, deal with the player’s hand as stated in sections 23 and 24; and (c) pay the ante wager at odds of 1 to 1; and (d) if the player has made a pairs plus wager and has a winning pair plus hand, deal with the player’s hand as stated in sections 25 and 26; and’. (3) Schedule 16, section 22(4)(b)— renumber as schedule 16, section 22(4)(e). (4) Schedule 16, section 22(4)(a)— omit, insert— ‘(a) collect the bet wager; and (b) if the player has made an ante wager and has a winning ante bonus hand, deal with the player’s hand as stated in sections 23 and 24; and (c) collect the ante wager; and (d) if the player has made a pairs plus wager and has a winning pair plus hand, deal with the player’s hand as stated in sections 25 and 26; and’.
