Casino (Definition of Poker Machines) Regulations, 1990
being
No. 42 of 1990:
1. These regulations may be cited as the
Casino (Definition of Poker Machines) Regulations,
2. In these regulations—
"the Act" means the
Casino Act, 1983 .
3. For the purposes of the Act—
"poker machine" does not include a device designed or adapted for the purpose of
gambling—
that simulates any of the games commonly known as draw poker, blackjack or keno; | |

that, after the insertion of a coin or other token required to operate the device, requires the player, as part of the simulation of the game, to make one or more choices that affect the outcome of the game. |
