Casino Control Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Casino Control Act 1988.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Cheques

2.  Regulation 4 of the Casino Control Regulations is amended—

(a)by omitting subparagraph (1) (a) (i) and substituting the following subparagraph:

“(i)that is drawn in favour of the casino licensee or the person presenting the cheque; and”; and

(b)by omitting subparagraph (1) (b) (i) and substituting the following subparagraph:

“(i)that is drawn in favour of the casino licensee or the person presenting the cheque; and”.
