Casino Control Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Casino Control Act 1988.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on 1 January 1997.

Principal Regulations

2.  In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Casino Control Regulations.

Substitution

3.  Section 3A of the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following section substituted:

Commission-based player scheme—prescribed amount

“3A.  For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of ‘commission-based player scheme’ in subsection 3 (1) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $1,000.”.
